The point
Most website builders are rental businesses dressed as software companies. You pay $17 a month forever, and the day you stop paying, the website you built disappears. After three years that's $612 — to rent. We thought that was a bad deal so we built the alternative.
NorthLuma sells the source code, once. You download a ZIP file containing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a deployment README. You host it on Vercel or Netlify (free for sites this size) or a $5 VPS or a Raspberry Pi. If we vanish tomorrow, your site keeps working. That is the only feature that matters.

02 · Principles
What we will not do
We will not rent you your website.
No subscription. No "cancel anytime" you forget about for two years. No platform that holds your work hostage. You pay $49, you get the source code, the relationship is over until you ask for another one.
We will not pretend to be a team.
The team is one person and an engine. Every customer email lands in [email protected]. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page first. Honesty is cheap to write and expensive to fake.
We will not ship slow code.
Every generated site is benchmarked against Google Lighthouse on mobile. 90++ or we refund. No "enterprise-grade" hand-waving — actual numbers, actual mobile profile, the same one search ranking uses.
We will not fabricate testimonials.
There are no fake customer counts, no stock-photo "happy founders", no "used by 10,000 businesses" until 10,000 businesses have actually bought. When the count is real, we will show the count. Until then, the founder's email is the testimonial.
