Common questions
Is the AI generator included?
No. The $997 license includes the full Next.js + TypeScript source you can sell on. The Gemini-based generation engine itself stays closed-source and runs on northluma.com. If you need batch generation for client work, contact us — bulk-generation API access is negotiated case-by-case.
Can I rebrand and remove the NorthLuma reference?
Yes. The Agency tier strips the 'Generated by NorthLuma' footer text and lets you ship the site under your own studio's brand. Your sub-license to your client is independent of NorthLuma.
How is this different from the $297 Pro Source tier?
Pro Source ($297) gives one buyer the full source for one project. Agency ($997) gives a studio the right to resell the source on unlimited client projects, plus white-label rights. The codebase is the same; the license is broader.
Refund policy?
Same defect-fix guarantee as the Starter tier — see /refunds. If a documented bug isn’t fixed within 7 business days of report, full refund. Once you initiate the source-code download, the digital sale is final per EU Article 16(m).
