- 750 characters max. But only the first ~250 show in search before a “More” link — put what you do and where you are first.
- No links, emails or phone numbers. Those belong in the dedicated profile fields; Google can remove a description that includes them. This tool strips them automatically.
- No prices or promotions. Sales and offers belong in Posts, not the description — keep it evergreen.
- Don’t keyword-stuff. Write for a person. Name your real services once; repetition can hurt you.
